Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframes: Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days for standard tools, and 7–14 business days for heavy machinery or freight items.

Split-Shipment Warning: Because we source from specialized tool distributors, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times. Tracking numbers will be provided for each package.

Oversize & Freight Delivery Terms: Large machinery (such as table saws and compressors) is shipped via freight carrier and requires curbside delivery. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. You must be present to sign for the delivery.
